MSA served as project
architect and oversaw the
complete design and construction
of a 2,000 SF
single family residence
addition and renovation.
The existing house was
constructed in 1890. The
addition, which was in
keeping with the period
details, included a new
family room, two car garage,
deck, and exterior patio and
pergola. The existing house
was restored and renovated
with custom architectural
