MSA served as project
architect and oversaw the
complete design and construction
of a 10,000 SF
single family residence
addition and renovation.
The existing house was
constructed in 1910 and
was nearly doubled in size
with a new kitchen, family
room, mud room, guest
quarters, and new bedrooms.
The existing house
was restored and renovated
with custom architectural
